What we do

We are your window into
manufacturing in India

Victura Technologies KK is the Japan office of Victura Group (24 plants / 8,000+ employees). We help Japanese OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers run high-volume precision metal-part manufacturing in India — while a Tokyo-based team absorbs the usual risks of overseas sourcing: quality, communication and delivery.

01 — Why Victura

Remove the “overseas risk”
by design

You want the cost and the scale — but quality, communication and supply stability are hard to read. That uncertainty is where many Japanese manufacturers stop. Victura is built to dissolve those three concerns, one at a time.

01
Communication & Accountability

One Japan-based point of contact

A Japan-based team leads communication, quality control and decision-making, operating in line with Japanese business practices and quality expectations. From day one, it is clear who to talk to and what makes things move.

02
End-to-End

From design and prototyping to mass production

Design, tooling and prototyping through production launch and stable volume supply — integrated across multiple processes and product categories, and continuous across project phases. Nothing falls through the cracks at each hand-off.

03
Proven Scale

A proven base of 24 plants

Backed by Victura Group's 24 manufacturing plants across India, we move flexibly from pilot to volume, with stable quality and delivery. Built not just to launch, but to keep up as you scale.

02 — About

A strategic bridge between Japan and India

Victura Technologies KK was established as the Japan office of Victura Group, serving as a strategic bridge between Japanese companies and Victura's global manufacturing and investment ecosystem.

From our base in Tokyo, we connect Japanese OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers with Victura Group's engineering capabilities, manufacturing scale and global footprint — enabling long-term collaboration rather than transactional sourcing.

Our role is to align Japanese innovation, quality standards and business objectives with Victura's end-to-end capabilities across manufacturing, engineering and supply-chain execution in India and other global markets.
